How to Stand Out as a Temp in Light Industrial

Within the light industrial field, it has become increasingly popular for employers to hire temps. A temporary worker fills a “gap” during a temporary, pre-established timeframe. Most temp jobs last anywhere from a few days to a few months. 

Businesses often hire temp workers in situations like these:

While companies usually do not hire temp workers after they complete their tenures, certain temp workers may receive permanent positions.
