Warehouse Person II – Join Our Team!
Are you a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a hands-on, safety-focused environment? We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Person II to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in our warehouse operations across all locations.
Responsibilities

Promote Safety: Adhere to and promote strong safety and housekeeping habits in accordance with company policy.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately fill customer and internal orders using warehouse work orders to identify items for shipment.

Saw Operation: Operate band saws to cut materials to precise dimensional specifications, select stock for optimal yield, and load saws for maximum productivity while minimizing waste.

Material Handling: Move stock from storage as needed, and assist with bundling, strapping, wrapping, and boxing shipments.

Quality Control: Weigh, measure, and record each item for shipment or inventory, marking pertinent information on materials as required.

Equipment Maintenance: Change saw blades, perform hydraulic pressure adjustments, oiling, lubrication, and basic maintenance tasks.

Work Area Maintenance: Maintain and monitor equipment condition and cleanliness in your assigned area.

Team Support: Assist with general warehousing duties and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least one year of relevant warehouse or manufacturing experience.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, reach, walk, climb, balance, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions. Heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 70 lbs at times).

Skills: Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment: Comfortable working in a plant setting with exposure to high temperatures (over 90°F), moderate noise, and moving objects.
