Warehouse Associate-Small Parts Packing
A distribution facility in Erie, PA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support small parts packing. This role focuses on preparing replacement parts for customers by carefully packaging items according to company standards to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.
Responsibilities

Pack small parts according to company packaging standards, using appropriate materials such as bubble wrap, dividers, and protective packaging

Select correct box sizes and ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit

Prepare shipments by adding packing slips, sealing boxes, and applying accurate labels

Inspect parts for damage or defects prior to packing

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and quality standards throughout the packing process
Qualifications and Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic warehouse or packing experience preferred, but not required.

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Steel toe boots are required

Pay Rate is $14 per hour with a $2 raise after hire
