Spring Coiling Machine Operator
A manufacturing facility is seeking Spring Coiling Machine Operators to join its growing production team. This full-time position offers hands-on training and long-term career potential in precision spring and wire forming. You'll work with both mechanical and CNC-controlled machines in a supportive, team-based environment.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate mechanical and CNC spring/wire forming machines

Operate various equipment such as Herdon, Torin, AIM, and Fortuna machines

Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting

Manufacture a wide range of compression, extension, and torsion springs
-
Read and interpret blueprints and complete SPC (Statistical Process Control) reports

Work under the guidance of experienced operators to meet production goals
Qualifications and Skills

Mechanically inclined and eager to learn machine operation

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Computer literate and able to work with precision equipment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good problem-solving skills
-
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a production setting
