Shipping & Receiving
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper & Receiving candidate to join their team. This role is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting overall warehouse and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with tools and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities

Follow instructions from the Shipping Supervisor and complete assigned tasks efficiently

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Unload finished products from racks and prepare them for shipment

Wrap, band, and package products from spray center and drying racks

Assist with material movement and loading of delivery trucks

Maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods
-
Complete all required shipping paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Inspect finished products and remove defective materials as needed (e.g., wane, splits, dirt, burn-through, or poor finish)

Operate tools such as cutoff saws when required
Qualifications and Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and wood-cutting equipment

Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and stretch-wrap machines preferred

Basic math and reading/writing skills

Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately

Previous warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with no suspensions or revocations

Dependable with a strong work ethic
Benefits/Compensation

Full-Time Monday-Friday

First shift (6am – 2:30pm) (June 1st start date)

$15/hr based on experience
