Shipping/Receiving Associate
We are seeking a dependable Parcel Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our factory production team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in UPS/FedEx logistics, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving processes. The position involves packing, labelling, shipping, and receiving parcels, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced warehouse or factory environment.
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.

Prepare, package, and label outgoing parcels according to carrier and company standards.

Operate shipping software and equipment to process shipments and update tracking information.

Load and unload parcels safely, maintaining an organized and clean work area.

Coordinate with internal teams to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications and Skills

Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or other parcel carriers.

Ability to operate shipping equipment, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and basic warehouse tools safely.

Strong attention to detail for verifying shipments, labeling, and tracking accuracy.

Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move packages of varying sizes throughout the shift.

Good organizational and communication skills to coordinate with team members and internal departments.
