Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk
A manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Warehouse Shipper and Receiving Clerk to join the inventory team. This position is responsible for shipping, receiving, and organizing materials and finished goods, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and accuracy. The ideal candidate has prior experience in shipping/receiving, forklift operation, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
-
Safely handle, identify, transport, and store raw materials, colorants, containers, and other production-related items.

Assemble and prepare orders for shipment; count, weigh, and verify against shipping documents.

Verify orders pulled by other shipping/receiving personnel.

Label and wrap shipping containers and arrange for carrier pick-up.
Warehouse & Facility Maintenance

Maintain organization of racks, storage areas, and inventory.
-
Sweep and remove debris (parts, pallets, stretch wrap, etc.) to keep warehouse safe and clean.
Additional Duties
-
Assist coworkers and provide coverage during breaks.

Support the Inventory Control Manager and other management as directed.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
Qualifications and Skills
-
High school diploma or GED required.

5+ years of experience in molding/manufacturing production, shipping, or receiving preferred.

Ability to safely operate forklifts/jitneys (stand-up and sit-down), tow trucks, shrink wrap, and banding machines.

Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word) and ability to read/interpret shipping and safety documents.

Knowledge of ISO9001:2000 standards is a plus.

Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).

Problem-solving mindset with ability to support supervisors and schedulers.

Regular standing, walking, and reaching with hands/arms.

Frequent bending, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Must be able to lift or move up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
