Set Up Technician
Our client is hiring Set Up Technicians to support production operations in our Corry facility. This role is responsible for setting up and changing over production equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing runs.
Responsibilities

Set up and change over production machinery for scheduled jobs

Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and setup instructions

Adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation and quality output

Perform trial runs and make adjustments as needed

Troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues during setup

Inspect first-run parts to ensure quality standards are met

Support operators and maintenance to maintain smooth production flow

Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications and Skills

Mechanical aptitude required

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Ability to read work instructions and follow detail-oriented processes

Strong problem-solving skills
