Sanitation Worker
A local Lake City manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated employee to join their sanitation team. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, attentive, and dedicated to upholding the company’s high standards.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive sanitation of production areas, equipment, and facility infrastructure to meet food safety and quality standards.

Follow strict procedures and protocols for chemical handling, cleaning agents, and equipment sanitation in compliance with OSHA and FDA regulations.

Operate industrial sanitation tools and equipment.

Assist with light maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.

Participate in regular training on safe equipment use and sanitation best practices.

Support overall housekeeping efforts to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment across the facility.

Adhere to all PPE, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Perform additional duties as assigned by sanitation leads or supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous industrial experience needed.

Strong attention to detail.

Reliability to perform duties and attend assigned shifts.

Self-accountability.

Ability to work regular shifts on weekends.
