Robot Machine Operator (Multi-Axis Forming)
We are seeking a hands-on Robot Machine Operator to work with multi-axis wire forming equipment producing precision metal components. This is a highly interactive role that requires constant machine adjustment, troubleshooting, and attention to detail. This is not a passive “push button” position—operators are actively involved in maintaining quality and performance throughout the production process.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate multi-axis wire forming and robotic equipment

Monitor production and make real-time adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications

Perform tooling changes, machine calibrations, and minor setup adjustments

Inspect first-piece and in-process parts using measurement tools

Identify and troubleshoot forming issues such as misfeeds, incorrect bends, or tool wear

Read and interpret work orders, prints, and basic blueprints

Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following quality standards
Qualifications and Skills

Experience operating multi-axis, CNC, or wire forming equipment preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Ability to work hands-on with machinery in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality parts

Ability to read basic prints and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Basic computer skills for data entry or machine interface

$18-$23/hr based on experience
