Remodeling Inside Sales Representative
A growing home improvement company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support lead management and appointment scheduling efforts. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, and converting interest into scheduled appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries from prospective and existing customers

Qualify leads and schedule appointments based on customer needs and service availability

Conduct follow-up calls on pending, cancelled, or unsold opportunities to re-engage customers

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within the CRM system

Ensure timely response to new leads and consistent follow-up communication

Collaborate with the sales team to align scheduling and territory coverage

Assist with event and home show follow-up campaigns as needed

Support ongoing customer outreach and retention efforts

Perform additional administrative and sales support duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills

2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center environments

Strong communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence

Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups

Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with MarketSharp is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
