Foreman
A growing remodeling company is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead large-scale projects and oversee multiple crews. This role is responsible for managing daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong carpentry experience who can work independently, guide teams, and maintain strong communication with customers and project leadership.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily job site operations and multiple crews

Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on track

Lead team meetings and delegate daily tasks

Work hands-on to support project completion

Monitor quality, safety, and productivity on-site

Train and mentor team members
-
Communicate updates, changes, and needs to PM and customers
-
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors
-
Complete daily logs, photos, and required documentation
-
Maintain organized job sites, tools, and inventory
Qualifications and Skills
-
9+ years of carpentry experience (rough and finish)

Leadership experience in construction or field operations

Ability to read blueprints and manage projects

Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of safety standards and job site practices

Ability to work independently and problem-solve

Valid Driver’s License required

Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in various conditions

M,T,T,F – 8am – 4:30pm & W – 7:30am – 4:30pm

$30+/hr based on experience

Overtime available on a job to job basis

Covering area: Erie, Buffalo, Ashtabula (and surrounding areas)
