Rail-Stair Assembler
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Woodworker/Stair & Rail Assembler to fabricate, assemble, and finish high-quality wood products in accordance with specifications and blueprints. This role requires prior experience with stair and rail assembly, strong measurement and cutting accuracy, and proficiency with hand and power woodworking tools. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, physically capable of meeting job demands, and takes pride in craftsmanship while working independently to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities

Perform various woodworking tasks and projects according to specifications and blueprints

Capable of working with various woodworking tools, saws, shapers, sanders, and other machinery

Making precise cuts, measurements, using correct angles & verifying alignment of all components

Reading & measuring accurately with a tape measure

Sand and putty wood products

Attentive, dexterous, & creative carpenter/woodworker

Good analytical skills, passion to create high quality products, and demonstrate good leadership skills
Qualifications and Skills

Capable of selecting necessary components and assembling them to create cabinetry, framing, drawers, mantles, stairs, railings, and other wood products

Prior stair/rail working experience

Knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, and tape measure effectively

Physical fitness including ease of movement, the capability to lift 50 #, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods

Capable of meeting deadlines and dependable

Good hand-eye coordination

Must be 18 years or older

Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings

Proficiency in rail and stair assembly

Ability to work alone and follow all safety regulations

Ability to restore and repair wooden items

Pay Rate is $18 per hour

Shift 1st Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p
