Quality Inspector
Quality Inspector needed for 1st shift in Fairview, Pa. This individual will inspect and test the new and reworked parts for conformance to specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and hardness by performing duties.
Responsibilities

Obtain purchase order with necessary information from the Quality Manager

Create job packet based on purchase order

Bring a retain box and standard box to the line for the tech to use during setup

Visually compare artwork, customer standards, and the part the tech has produced

Sign off on all acceptable parts

Describe the requirements and expectations for the job to the production workers

Monitor the production progress at rotating intervals during the day

Record Quality issues, customer requirements, and audit findings.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Must have the Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

Must be able to sit, stand, reach, stoop, bend, walk, and lift 10-50 pounds
-
Must have basic math competency
-
Must be able to work in a team setting!

Must have good organization and time management skills
-
Must have knowledge with ISO standards for recording data
-
Must have good eyesight and color perception (telling the difference in multiple colors)

Must be able to read and write English.

First Shift: 7am to 3:30pm M-F

Pay Rate is $14.50 per hour.
