Quality Inspector
You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards before they are released to customers. You will perform detailed inspections of products, materials, and processes to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
Responsibilities

Conduct Inspections: Perform thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established procedures and standards.

Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Identify deviations and non-conformities and take appropriate corrective actions.

Testing and Measurement: Utilize various tools, equipment, and techniques to conduct measurements, tests, and evaluations to verify product quality and performance.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in quality inspection procedures. Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and reliability

Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including production personnel, quality assurance teams, and management, regarding inspection findings, quality concerns, and corrective actions liability.
Qualifications and Skill

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications in quality control or related fields are a plus.

Proven experience in quality inspection or a related role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong understanding of quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.

Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and testing devices.

Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate and thorough inspections.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and documentation practices.
