Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting stamped aerosol caps to ensure dimensional accuracy and cosmetic quality. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product standards by performing inspections, documenting results, and communicating quality issues within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect stamped aerosol caps for dimensional accuracy and cosmetic defects

• Perform first-piece inspections and routine in-process quality checks

• Accurately document inspection results and report nonconformances

• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Maintain inspection and calibration records

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in quality inspection, metal stamping, or similar manufacturing environments

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T

• Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Must have High School Diploma/GED

• Must be able to read and write English.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• First Shift: 6am to 4pm M-TH

• Pay Rate is $15 per hour.

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available after probation once hired.
