Quality Assurance
Responsibilities

Inspect incoming furniture products from multiple manufacturing locations, including international shipments

Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality standards are met
-
Identify defects, damage, or inconsistencies and document findings
-
Assemble and disassemble furniture using hand tools to check for quality issues
-
Audit packaging, hardware kits, and finished products for accuracy
-
Take photos and complete inspection reports
-
Work with internal teams to resolve quality concerns
-
Help quarantine or repair items that do not meet standards
Qualifications and Skills
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects, color differences, and inconsistencies
-
Comfortable working both independently and with a team
-
Mechanically inclined - able to use hand tools and follow assembly/disassembly processes

Ability to make decisions and stand behind quality judgments
-
Good communication skills
-
Previous quality, inspection, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is strongly preferred

High school diploma or GED
-
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
-
Ability to use basic measuring tools (tape measure, gauges, etc.) for quality checks
-
Must be able to lift, move, and handle furniture components
-
Steel toe boots required
-
Reliable transportation required (location is not on a bus route)

Forklift experience preferred
