Property Maintenance
Responsibilities
-
Install and maintain security and video surveillance systems
-
Perform general property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
-
Conduct emergency water restoration and other urgent maintenance tasks
-
Power wash and maintain building exteriors
-
Plow snow and maintain outdoor areas during winter months
-
Complete other duties as assigned to support property operations
Qualifications and Skills
-
At least 2 years of property maintenance experience
-
Strong mechanical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
-
Valid driver's license
-
Ability to complete a criminal background check and driver's record check
-
Comfortable performing physical labor and working on your feet

Reliable transportation to and from work
