Production Technician
Responsibilities
-
Safely and efficiently operate machinery to meet production goals
-
Ensure productivity, quality, and continuous improvement in all production processes

Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
-
Read and interpret basic drawings and schematics
-
Verify and calibrate gauges as needed
-
Adhere to established quality standards and verify production/disposition
-
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the work environment
-
Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions
-
Record daily production and scrap data accurately
-
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
-
Inspect tooling and production equipment regularly for optimal performance
-
Be familiar with and follow environmental standards
-
Work collaboratively with team members, communicating effectively to promote teamwork and success in the shop
-
Strive to meet and exceed quality goals on every shift
Qualifications and Skills
-
Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred

Basic knowledge of production procedures and safety standards
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to understand and read basic technical drawings
-
Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality
-
Ability to work as part of a team
-
Strong communication skills

Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities
Benefits/Compensation

Pay rate is $13.00 - $15.00 per hour (Pay is based on Experience)
