Production Support
Responsibilities
-
Load and transfer parts onto the production line using proper tools and spacing

Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure they meet quality standards
-
Apply decals and assist with specialized wiping and transferring tasks when trained
-
Unload and package finished parts based on job-specific instructions
-
Follow all documentation including process sheets, loading diagrams, and packaging specifications
-
Communicate any defects or issues with the production line operator
-
Help prepare packaging materials and assist with material handling
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area; return all tools and documentation to designated locations at the end of the shift

Adhere to all safety procedures and workplace policies
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and basic production documentation

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages)
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-
Must be able to work in a loud, fast-paced environment with exposure to moving machinery, heat, and airborne particles
-
Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
