Production Specialist/Laborer
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual for a local manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various manual tasks that require strength and stamina, ensuring efficient and smooth production processes. This role involves handling heavy materials and equipment, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
Responsibilities

Lifting and stacking of 40 lb cylinders.

Performs washer functions which includes placing cylinders on a conveyor belt, sorting, and removing sleeve/peeling label.

Dispatches cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.

Completes paint line operations which includes loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.

Operates shot blast, tare weight entry station, capper (data code label), and stacker (palletizing).

Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.

Performs cylinder refurb operations based on work station.

Stacks finished product.

Checks for quality assurance.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (relevant technical certifications a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and willingness to follow safety guidelines.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Possess integrity and a good work ethic.

Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.

Ability to work overtime, as required.

Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal
