Production Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Production Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.

Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.

Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve any production issues.

Assist in setting up production lines and workstations.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.

Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (relevant technical certifications a plus).

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role (specific industry experience may be required).
