Production Operator
The Production Operator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily production operations. This role involves coordination with various departments, operating machinery, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping detailed production records.
Responsibilities

Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety protocols

Report any food safety or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel

Accurately fill and label customer orders

Communicate any order issues, shortages, or discrepancies
-
Operate and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime

Collaborate with maintenance on equipment issues and record in maintenance logs

Coordinate with packing and stacking teams to address and resolve order issues

Keep accurate records, including:
-
Maintain a clean and safe work area
-
Assist with packing duties as needed
-
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask effectively

Work is performed in a production/processing environment

Exposure to loud noise, machinery, and cleaning chemicals

Must be able to:

Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds

Work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
