Production Line Associate
Responsibilities
-
Properly mask parts prior to powder coating to ensure quality finishes.

Lift, carry, and position large and heavy metal parts onto racks or workstations.

Support various production line tasks and assist with other duties as assigned.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.

Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Ability to handle heavy, awkward metal parts safely and efficiently.

Reliable transportation to and from our Fairview, PA facility.

Must provide and wear steel toe boots and work pants or jeans.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Benefits/Compensation

Full Time

Pay Rate is $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience
-
2nd Shift (10 hour shifts) 4:30PM-2:30AM
