Production Lead
Make Your Mark as a Production Lead! Join our plastics manufacturing team as a Production Lead and take charge of daily operations. You’ll supervise and motivate your team, ensure quality standards, and drive process improvements-all while keeping safety a top priority
Responsibilities

Oversee daily production to meet goals and quality standards

Lead, train, and support production team members

Troubleshoot equipment and production issues

Identify and implement process improvements

Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs

Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety audits

Manage inventory and reduce material waste

Keep accurate production records and report to management
Qualifications and Skills
-
3+ years’ plastics manufacturing experience (leadership preferred)
-
Knowledge of plastic molding processes and quality control
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-
High school diploma or equivalent (degree a plus)
-
Ability to work on your feet and handle materials as needed
