Production Laborers
An established manufacturing facility in Erie, PA is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals. Both entry-level and semi-skilled candidates are currently needed. This is a physically demanding position in a hot, industrial environment and is best suited for candidates who are comfortable with manual labor.
Responsibilities

Assist in the production and assembly of large industrial equipment and components

Perform general labor tasks including material handling, lifting, and cleanup

Support skilled team members with fabrication and installation processes

Use hand and power tools as needed to complete assigned tasks

Read and interpret basic measurements; more experienced candidates may read technical drawings

Operate equipment such as forklifts (if qualified)
Qualifications and Skills
-
Semi-skilled candidates should have mechanical aptitude, experience using tools, and ability to read blueprints

Forklift experience is a plus
-
Experience in concrete and/or construction is a plus

Strong work ethic and reliability—consistent attendance is critical

Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

Comfortable working in a hot, dirty industrial environment

Steel toe boots required
-
Must have reliable transportation (shift starts at 6:00 AM)

Must be able to complete a 10-panel drug screen and comply with random screenings
Benefits/Compensation

Full Time

$17-20/hr depending on experience level

1st shift Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p
