Production Laborer
A local manufacturing company is seeking skilled and reliable production laborers to join their team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, setting, and packaging large scale production items for shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing, production, or construction environment, and will be reliable, driven, and able to follow safety requirements.
Responsibilities

Assist with the assembly, production, and packaging of large partitions.

Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Load and unload materials and products.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Assist with inventory management and material handling.

Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.

Previous experience in construction will be heavily considered.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
