Production Worker
A manufacturing company is seeking dependable Production Workers to join their team on 1st shift. This is a hands-on position involving leather hides, machine operation, sorting, and material handling. The ideal candidate is comfortable staying active throughout the shift and performing physically demanding work.
Responsibilities

Remove leather hides from spray machines and hang them on poles

Mark, sort, and transfer hides throughout the production process

Feed hides into machines and monitor production flow

Frequently lift, push, and pull materials up to 25 lbs

Occasionally handle materials weighing up to 65 lbs
-
Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications and Skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to stand and stay active throughout the entire shift

Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms

Comfortable performing repetitive physical work

Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs

Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 65 lbs

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
