Processing Technician
Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician needed for a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and maintaining injection molding processes to ensure consistent production of high-quality plastic parts while supporting production and quality goals.
Responsibilities

Set up and start injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment

Optimize and adjust molding parameters (temps, pressures, cycle times)

Troubleshoot defects such as flash, short shots, warpage, and cosmetic issues

Perform mold, material, and color changes

Monitor production runs and ensure quality standards

Complete first-article inspections and maintain process documentation

Train operators and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications and Skills

Injection molding process experience required

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Must have High School Diploma/GED

Must be able to read and write English.
Benefits/Compensation

Full Time

First Shift: 7:30am to 6pm M-Th

Pay Rate is $20+ per hour depending on experience

Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
