Powder Coating Line Technician
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Line Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain powder coating equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring parts are properly coated, cured, and meet quality standards, while maintaining a safe and efficient production line.
Responsibilities

Operate and monitor powder coating line equipment, including spray booths, guns, and curing ovens.

Prepare and hang parts for coating, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready.

Apply powder coatings according to specifications, ensuring proper thickness and coverage.

Inspect coated parts for quality, finish, and adherence to standards.

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on coating equipment.

Monitor conveyor line speed, temperature settings, and powder flow.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow safety guidelines and report any equipment or process issues to supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in powder coating, painting, and sandblasting in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and safety practices.

Pay rate is $16.00-$18.00 per hour and is based on experience.
