Powder Coater
Responsibilities

Set Up & Maintenance: Prepare and maintain all paint line equipment to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Powder Coating Application: Apply various powder coating finishes to simple and complex parts, ensuring 100% coverage according to specifications.

Quality Control: Adjust techniques based on engineering drawings and QC requirements to meet high-quality standards.

Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent contamination in the coating process.

Safety Compliance: Wear a respirator as required and follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills

2-5 years of powder coating experience with an in-depth knowledge of application processes.

Ability to interpret and follow engineering drawings accurately.

Dependable, accountable, and attentive to detail.

Physically capable of wearing a respirator for extended periods.
