Responsibilities

Managing daily production activities to ensure efficiency and product quality

Leading, coaching, and supporting team members for peak performance

Troubleshooting production and equipment challenges promptly

Driving continuous improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste

Overseeing machine maintenance and coordinating repairs

Enforcing safety practices and conducting regular safety checks

Monitoring inventory and collaborating with supply chain teams

Maintaining accurate production documentation and reporting to management
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in plastics manufacturing, preferably with leadership duties

Solid understanding of plastic molding processes and quality control

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus

Ability to work on your feet and handle physical demands of the role
