Press Operator/Parts Inspector
A plastics manufacturer in Fairview, PA is looking for a 1st shift and a 3rd shift press operator/parts inspector. Press operators/parts inspectors monitor the presses and periodically pull the bin of completed parts to their work station for visual inspections. Parts are inspected to determine if they meet customer standards or if adjustments need to be made to produce more uniform parts. Parts are then packed for shipment.
Responsibilities

Visually inspect finished plastic connectors to ensure they meet specified requirements or work instructions.

Accurately package products according to company guidelines.

Maintain precise product counts throughout the shift.

Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Qualifications and Skills

No prior press operator experience required but experience is a plus.

Good vision and attention to detail are essential- some parts are very small.

Must demonstrate strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and punctuality.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

Pay Rate is $12 per hour on 1st and $13 per hour on 3rd
