Machine Operator
Out client is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join their manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term employment in a production environment.
Responsibilities

· Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

· Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed

· Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards

· Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements

· Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Complete production paperwork and documentation as required

· Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications and Skills

· Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

· Reliable attendance and dependable work habits

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
