Machine Operator
Our client is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join their manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term employment in a production environment.
Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards

Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements

Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Complete production paperwork and documentation as required

Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications and Skills

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Reliable attendance and dependable work habits

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
