Press Operator
A manufacturing company in Fairview, PA is seeking a Press Operator to join their team on 3rd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members will be responsible for inspecting molded parts, packaging finished products, and supporting production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities

Conduct visual inspections of molded parts to ensure product quality and identify defects

Weigh and package molded parts at assigned press machines

Assist with molding support operations, including reworking on-hold parts and sorting returned products to isolate defects

Relieve other operators on the production floor as needed to maintain workflow

Communicate product quality concerns, equipment issues, and production-related problems to Quality Assurance and supervisory personnel

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by performing routine housekeeping duties

Assist with the training and orientation of new production employees when assigned

Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications and Skills

Good eyesight with strong attention to detail

Ability to perform visual quality inspections accurately

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Excellent attendance and reliability are required

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required

Third Shift: 11pm to 7:30am M-F

Pay Rate is $14.60+ per hour DOE.
