Plastics Press Operator
The Plastics Press Operator is responsible for operating injection-molding presses to produce quality plastic components according to production and quality standards. This role includes performing machine start-ups, monitoring production runs, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
Key Responsibilities

Operate injection-molding presses and related equipment

Load/unload parts and ensure proper placement in molds

Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects

Trim, package, and label finished parts as required

Follow work instructions, safety protocols, and production schedules

Maintain an organized workstation and report any equipment issues

Complete required production and quality documentation
Qualifications and Skills

Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to follow safety guidelines and meet production goals
