Plastics Press Operator
Responsibilities

Visually inspect finished plastic connectors to ensure they meet specified requirements or work instructions.

Accurately package products according to company guidelines.

Maintain precise product counts throughout the shift.

Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Qualifications and Skills

No prior press operator experience required but experience is a plus.

Good vision and attention to detail are essential.

Must demonstrate strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and punctuality.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
