Plastics Material Handler

Responsibilities

Be the Backbone of Production: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming plastic materials-your keen eye ensures only the best materials enter our process.

Master Our Equipment: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools to safely move, load, and transport materials throughout our modern facility.

Keep Us Organized: Prepare, package, and accurately label materials for production, making sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

Support the Team: Distribute materials to production lines and storage areas, working closely with production and warehouse staff to keep things running smoothly.

Stay Ahead of the Game: Monitor inventory levels, track material usage, and help maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse.

Grow Your Skills: Use inventory management systems and generate reports that help us make smart business decisions.

Champion Safety: Follow best practices for material handling and storage, helping us maintain a safe and clean workplace.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in material handling, manufacturing, or warehouse environments (experience in plastics is a plus!).

Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment (we provide training and certification if needed).

Strong knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to safe work practices.

Familiarity with inventory management systems is a bonus.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documenting transactions.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate is $10-14 per hour (Based on experience)

1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available (public transportation available)
