Plastic Prosser/Set-Up Operator
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plastics Processing Machine Operator to join our production team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used to manufacture plastic products. You’ll ensure equipment runs efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality checks to keep production moving smoothly.
Responsibilities

Operate and monitor plastics processing machines to produce high-quality products.

Set up equipment and adjust machine settings for efficient, safe operation.

Inspect and troubleshoot machines to prevent downtime.

Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.

Record production data and maintain accurate material and product logs.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications and Skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with various plastics materials and their properties.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed.
