Part-Time Office Assistant 

Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Google Docs for daily tasks

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining digital and physical files

  • Communicate effectively with team members and assist with administrative tasks

  • Provide support to project teams as needed

  • Review and understand basic blueprints (preferred)

Qualifications and Skills
  • Basic office skills and administrative experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Dependable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Ability to understand blueprints is a plus

  • Pay Rate is $14.00 per hour
