Packer
Responsible for inspecting and packing finished plastic molded parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure parts meet quality standards and are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for shipment.
Responsibilities

Pack finished plastic parts into boxes, bags, or containers according to specifications.

Visually inspect parts for defects and set aside any that do not meet quality standards.

Remove parts from molding machines or conveyors as needed.

Label boxes and containers and prepare them for shipment or storage.

Maintain accurate counts and production paperwork.

Move and stack packed product, including palletizing as needed.

Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous packing or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail for quality inspection.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate is $14.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift
