Inside Sales Representative
A local Erie company is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in processing quotes, providing estimates to clients, and ensuring seamless communication regarding terms and conditions. This position requires someone with a strong mechanical inclination and a background in manufacturing.
Responsibilities

Process quotes and generate estimates for clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Communicate effectively with clients to discuss and clarify terms and conditions related to sales transactions.

Utilize mechanical knowledge and manufacturing background to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct outbound calls to clients and follow up on inquiries to maintain strong customer relationships.

Respond to client inquiries via email promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive and efficient workflow.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in a similar inside sales role preferred.

Strong mechanical inclination and background in manufacturing.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional emails.

Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Benefits/Compensation

Pay Rate is $19-$25 per hour.

Shift Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5:00 PM
