Order Entry/CSR
Career Concepts is seeking a motivated Order Entry / Customer Service Representative for a long-standing and stable manufacturing company in Girard, PA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build on your administrative or customer service experience while learning the order entry process for major retail and e-commerce accounts. The ideal candidate will be dependable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a supportive and established work environment.
Responsibilities

Enter and process customer orders received via phone, email, and online platforms, including EDI systems.

Verify all order details such as product numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping information for accuracy.

Manage purchase orders from major retail customers and ensure compliance with all customer and company requirements.

Process consumer orders from e-commerce platforms and generate confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents.

Track orders through production and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding order status, tracking, and product availability.

Collaborate with warehouse and logistics departments to coordinate and monitor shipments.

Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or shipping issues quickly and effectively.

Process order changes, cancellations, and product returns (RMAs) accurately.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders and communications.

Support administrative reporting and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with ERP, EDI, or IBM AS/400 systems preferred.

Knowledge of big box retailer compliance and labeling standards is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
