Residential Advisor
A local Jamestown organization is seeking a Resident Advisor (RA) to support youth in an at-risk program. This role is key in maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment. Ideal candidates will be compassionate, dependable, and have prior experience in human services or similar fields.
Responsibilities

Support residents with personal, emotional, or academic challenges

Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive community

Monitor and report policy violations and safety concerns

Respond to emergencies and conflicts

Organize and participate in social/educational activities

Maintain documentation and attend training
Qualifications and Skills
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Empathy, patience, and professionalism
-
Must pass a THC drug screen and have a clean background
Benefits/Compensation

Pay Rate is $16.90 per hour

3rd Shift | 11:30pm – 8:30am
