Office Assistant – Part-time  

A local organization is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide support with purchasing and clerical tasks. This temporary position is based in Franklin, PA, and offers a consistent weekday schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, the ability to manage documents accurately, and a professional approach to customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process invoices and/or contracts accurately and efficiently.

  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.

  • Organize and maintain files, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience with data entry or clerical work preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage tasks independently as well as in a team environment.

Benefits/Compensation

  • First shift (8am – 12pm)
