Office Assistant – Part-time
A local organization is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide support with purchasing and clerical tasks. This temporary position is based in Franklin, PA, and offers a consistent weekday schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, the ability to manage documents accurately, and a professional approach to customer service.
Responsibilities

Prepare and process invoices and/or contracts accurately and efficiently.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.

Organize and maintain files, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.

Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience with data entry or clerical work preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
