Office Administrator/Bookkeeper
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join a local client company. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and looking to grow in an administrative or accounting-related role. You will provide general administrative support and assist with financial tasks, including data entry and payroll support.
Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones

Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks (training provided if experienced with other accounting software)

Support payroll processing (prior experience is a major plus)

Maintain accurate and organized records

Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal staff

Assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience with QuickBooks is a plus; candidates with other accounting software experience will be considered

Payroll experience is a major plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
