Office Administrator/Bookkeeper
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join a local client company.
Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones

Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks

Payroll processing

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Maintain accurate and organized records

Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal staff
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience with QuickBooks

Previous Payroll experience
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
