Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join a local client company.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones

  • Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks

  • Payroll processing

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Maintain accurate and organized records

  • Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal staff

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience with QuickBooks

  • Previous Payroll experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Pay rate $18-$25 is based on experience
