Multi-Axis Wire Form Technician
We are seeking a Multi-Axis Wire Form Technician to join our production team. This is a hands-on, mechanically driven role focused on CNC setup, teardown, and operation of multi-axis wire forming equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and skilled in adjusting complex machine parameters to achieve precise wire-forming results. This position offers strong long-term growth and advancement potential.
Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and adjust multi-axis CNC wire forming machines.

Perform tooling changeovers and make programming or parameter adjustments.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for accurate production.

Inspect first-piece and in-process parts using precision measurement tools.

Troubleshoot forming defects, material feed issues, and machine performance problems.

Maintain safe, efficient operation through routine maintenance and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience operating multi-axis CNC wire forming equipment (2D/3D benders preferred).

Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of forming geometry and tooling dynamics.

Skilled in full machine setups, tooling changes, and programming adjustments.

Proficient with precision measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings/GD&T.

Strong troubleshooting skills related to forming defects and machine performance.

Basic computer literacy for data entry, SPC reporting, and CNC program updates.
