Mold Processor
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mold Processor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.
Responsibilities

Set up, start, and shut down injection molding machines per production requirements

Perform mold changes, setups, and processing adjustments as needed

Troubleshoot molding and processing issues to maintain optimal machine performance

Monitor machines and processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

Work closely with Quality and Maintenance teams to achieve production goals

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Communicate production or quality issues to supervisors as needed
Qualifications and Skills
-
Prior experience with injection molding or similar processing work preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols

Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Willingness to work flexible shifts, as required
Benefits/Compensation

Full Time
-
Second/Third Shift: 3pm-11pm to 11pm-7am M-F

Pay Rate is $18 per hour.

Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
